Fun Concerts in Seattle

Grab a blanket and a few drinks and head to these outdoor concerts in Seattle. There are many outdoor shows all summer long in the city. You can see big headliners or even some small local bands play the stage almost every week. The best part is that all of these concerts are within a short drive from Equinox Apartments. 

Marymoor Park Concerts

Marymoor Park is located Redmond, Washington.  This gorgeous park features trails, rentals, aquatics along with their summer concert series. The summer concert series is located within the park at the 5000-capacity outdoor venue, making it the best place in Seattle for outdoor concerts. There is a five dollar concert parking fee for each show. Here are some of the great bands playing at Marymoor.

June 27 Willie Nelson and Family and Alison Krauss and Union Station
July 22 Third Eye Blind and Dashboard Confessional
Aug 9 Of Monsters and Men
Aug 28 Peter Frampton and Cheap Trick

Head to the Woodland Zoo to see some of today's top artists at their gorgeous venue with its beautiful backdrop of the North Meadow. Woodland Park Zoo is located at 5500 Phinney Ave. N., Seattle WA 98103.  These concerts require tickets that can be purchased ahead of time at the Woodland Park Zoo's website. Here are a few of the great bands coming to the zoo this year.

Finally, if you are looking for some bigger name artists to check out this summer, CenturyLink Field is the place to look. Big names come throughout the year to perform at this huge arena. There are still a few tickets left to each of these shows.
